STEP 2: Apply through FIRSTInspires. Our program is FIRST Robotics Competition and our team number is 6107.
Be sure to send a parent invite so they can sign the required permission forms.

If your parent doesn't complete this form you will not be admitted to events! YOU MUST HAVE PARENT SIGNATURE ON CONSENT & RELEASE!
STEP 3: Read the Team Handbook, show it to your parents, and all sign and return the forms in the packet that is sent home with the handbook.

STEP 4: Join Discord and Slack (for everyday communication), and Monday.com (for Project Management).
You need the apps on your phone, not just texts. We use these for important communication so you must have the apps!

STEP 5: View the Nearpod Safety Presentations and complete their activities (codes available at meetings). Pass the Safety Test (Get the Nearpod code at a meeting.) All safety activity grades will be averaged and a minimum of 80% is required. Activities and/or the test may be retaken if necessary. You must complete these activities AND go through tool training to use power tools.
