Pit Crew - setup/breakdown pit, stay in pit to liaise with judges, students, etc.

Human Player - be the human player at events
Drive Coach - give instructions to the robot driver and human player at events

Team Captain – responsibilities include keeping team unity, running team meetings, team spokesperson, overseeing robot design process and technical aspects. Must be a veteran student.
Team Co-Captain/Vice Captain – oversee build schedule and daily builds, allocate team resources. Must be a veteran student.
Safety Captain – Monitor PPE use and the general safety environment at meetings and events, maintaining the Safety Manual, and keeping the shop clean, organized, and inventoried.

Design & CAD – knowledgeable in CAD, able to assist others, works well with other sub-teams, finishes designs in a timely manner, able to make adjustments on the fly based on other team suggestions.
Mechanical – know how to use shop tools, including milling machines and 3D printers; has knowledge of parts such as motors, sensors, gearing, etc.; know the Game Manual rules for building a game-legal robot; work with mentors for FIRST Choice and other parts ordering.
Programming – knowledgeable in C++, Java, or Python or willing to quickly learn, works well with other sub-teams, willing to program during free time at home.
Electrical Pneumatics – responsible for wiring the robot and constructing any pneumatics on robot, works with other sub-teams to determine the type and location of electrical and pneumatic components. Must be a veteran student.
Logistics – must be familiar with awards, pit setup, communication platforms/social media/outreach, etc,. must be able to work with other students and delegate roles to other team members in order to accomplish team goals.
